Title Effect of depletion of IDE on gene expression in adult pancreatic islets during a metabolic stress

Summary To investigate the role of IDE in the regulation of stress response in the pancreatic islets, we fed Ide-/- and Ide+/+ C57BL/6 adult mice with a high-fat diet.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for pancreatic islets from Ide-/- and Ide+/+ C57BL/6J female fed for 2 weeks with a high-fat diet starting from 10 weeks of age
