Title Gene expression profile of Arabidopsis root tip cells exposed to 2 hours of 50µM jasmonate

Summary We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the response to jasmonate treatment in root tips at the single cell level.
 
Overall design protoplast were generated from root tips then cells were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence or absence of DAPI signal and analyzed using scRNAseq.
