Title RNA-seq of T cell with/without lycorine treatment in vitro and RNA-seq of T cell in spleen and allograft

Summary To examine the transcriptomic changes of T cells in response to lycorine, and to compare the transcriptomic changes in spleen T cell and allograft-infiltrating T cell.
 
Overall design In vitro experiment, we stimulated mice or human T cells with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 in the presence/absence of lycorine. In vivo experiment, we purified CD4+ and CD8+ T cell from spleen and allograft.
