Title Spatial extracellular vesicle microRNA profiles in ovarian cancer

Summary We newly invented the EV sheet, which is a unique nanofiber paper to capture extracellular vesicles from around 10 uL of bio-fluids. In this study, we investigated miRNA profiles of tumor-surface ascites, serum, and urine using the EV sheet.
Overall design We attached the EV sheet to the moistened organs to collect a tiny amount of ascites. Moreover, the EV sheet was soaked in a tiny amount of ascites, serum, and urine. Then, total RNA was extracted from the EV sheet, and small RNA libraries were prepared. Finally, a single-end sequence was performed. Similarly, tissue miRNA profiles were obtained.
