Summary |
C57BL/6J mice were treated with natural compounds (naringenin and naringin). CD11b-postive myeloid cells were sorted from lymph nodes, and RNA was isolated from sorted cells.

Overall design |
Following C57BL/6J mice were administrated oraly by each compounds (200mg/kg) for 5 days, inguinal lymph nodes were resected. Single cell suspension was performed and then myeloid cells were sorted.
