Title |
Effects of RYGB on liver health in obese mice. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We investigated the effects of RYGB compared to a sham surgery or caloric restriction on hepatic function. For that, the goals of this study is to identify changes in the liver transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) that could explain improvements in liver health and function with RYGB compared to other treatment methods.
