Summary The goal of the experiment was to identify and compare at the genome-wide level the targets of E2FA, E2FB and E2FC, the three canonical E2Fs, and those of their binding partner RBR.
 
Overall design For each protein a transgenic line expressing a GFP fusion of the protein under the control of the native promoter was obtained. One replicate was produced for each experiment
