Summary |
We performed single cell RNA MULTI-seq using 10x v3 platform with 24h induced and non-induced FOXD3 KO cells.

Overall design |
FOXD3 loss was induced with 4HT for 24h (control was treated with EtOH) with two independently grown cultures per conditions. Cells were lipid barcoded according to McGinnis et al (2019) and stoichiometrically pooled. A total of 45920 cells were used as input to the 10x controller aiming for 20000 cells captured.
