Title Gene expression profile at single cell level of CD45+ cells from AB1 mesothelioma treated with either vaccinia virus Tiantan strain or mock-treated
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To understand the immune infiltrates in the tumor microenvironment in response to vaccinia virotherapy, we used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) to analyze the diversity of total CD45+ isolated from AB1 mesothelioma

Overall design Balb/c mice bearing 7-day-old subcutaneous AB1 tumors were intratumorally treated with either modified vaccinia virus Tiantan strain (MVTT) or mock-treated, total tumor-infiltrating CD45+ cells were sorted by flow cytometry 2 days post treatment and processed in the BD Rhapsody system for scRNA-seq
