Overall design Peripheral blood samples were collected from healthy donors. Monocytes were sorted, then exposed to granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor to generate their differentiation. After 5 days of differentiation, macrophages were activated or not with IFN-gamma and LPS during 24 hours. Moreover, after 5 days of differentiation, macrophages were treated or not with LCC-12 during 24 hours.
