Summary To identify which immune cells infiltrate the liver during exra-hepatic carcinogenesis , we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA) analysis of the non-hepatic parenchyma cells in the liver
 
Overall design At 2 time points, day 4 and 21 following 4T1 BC cells injection and wt-pbs injection, mice were sacrificed and their non parenchimal cells were sent for RNA Seq analysis.
