Title |
Transcriptional effect of EGR3 overexpression in the cell line SEM |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
FLAG-tagged EGR3 was overexpressed in the cell line SEM to study transcriptional consequences in the t(4;11) cellular context.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Massive analysis of cDNA ends-sequencing (MACE-seq) of an EGR3-overexpressing SEM cell line (SEM::EGR3) in comparison to an empty vector control SEM cell line (SEM::mock). MACE-seq was performed from biological triplicates of SEM::mock and SEM::EGR3.
