Title ChIP-seq analysis for TAL1-FKBP12 Jurkat cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary ChIP-seq analysis was performed in a Jurkat cell line to analyze DNA bindings of TAL1-FKBP12 protein using an anti-HA antibody after DMSO or dTAG-13 treatment.

Overall design The cells were crosslinked with formaldehyde for 10 min. DNA was enriched by chromatin-immunoprecipitation (ChIP), subjected for library construction, and sequenced by the DNBSEQ platform. A sample of whole cell extract (input) was sequenced and used as the background to determine enrichment. ChIP was performed using an antibody against HA (Cat#3724, Cell Signalling Technology).
