Title single-cell miRNA and mRNA cosequencing using PSCSR-seq V2
Organisms Homo sapiens; Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We incorporated mRNA profiling into a previously reported parallel single-cell small RNA profiling method (PSCSR-seq) and called this new approach PSCSR-seq V2. PSCSR-seq V2 can overcome the limitations of existing methods and enable single-cell miRNA and mRNA coexpression profiling in various biological samples.
