Overall design |
To investigate the chromatin mechanism of DELLA-mediated gene repression. We performed H3K27me3 ChIP-seq analysis and transcriptome analysis using 12-day-old mutant seedlings of DELLA and the corresponding wild-type seedlings. To study the GA-induced genome-wide histone modification changes, we performed H3K27me3 ChIP-seq analysis of rice plants treated with 100uM GA for 6h and then we analyzed the transcriptomes of rice seedlings treated with or without 100uM GA for1h.
