Title |
Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN) assay of glucocorticoid receptor (NR3C1) in aggressive B-cell lymphomas [JC3] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We determined that glucocorticoid treatment (prednisolone) affects oncogenic signaling in aggressive B-cell lymphomas. We sought to identify genes directly controlled and bound by NR3C1.
|
|
|
Overall design |
CUT and RUN assay to NR3C1-bound regions in HBL1, SUDHL5, FL318, RAMOS cells treated with DMSO or prednisolone (10mM for HBL1, FL318, RAMOS or 25nm for SUDHL5) for 2h and 18h.
