Series GSE227423 Query DataSets for GSE227423
Status Public on Nov 21, 2023
Title Genome-wide profiling of Fpt1, Rpb2, Rpo31 and Rpl13a in glucose [ChIP-seq]
Organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Genome-wide profiling of Fpt1, Rpb2, Rpo31 and Rpl13a was performed to compare Fpt1 binding sites with RNAPIII and RNAPII regulated sites.

Overall design Genome binding/profiling by high-throughput sequencing of three biological replicates. Two input samples were taken along as controls.
