Summary We report change in the chromatin contacts upon deletion of ATP-dependent chromatin remodellers (ISW1, ISW2 and CHD1) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
 
Overall design Both wildtype and triple knockout strains chromatin were crosslinked, digested with DpnII, biotin labelled and ligated. After DNA purification biotin was removed from free ends and then sonicted.Size selection was done by ampure beads and NGS library was prepared and sequenced
