Summary Analysis of H9C2 cells following PAGln treatment or not. PAGln regulates various mRNA expression in H9C2 cells.Results provide insight into the role of PAGln-involved mechanisms underlying PAGln-mediated effects on coronary artery disease (CAD).
 
Overall design MRNA profiles of H9C2 cells treated with or without PAGln were generated by deep sequencing, in two repeats, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
