Summary We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of Peritoneal Cells in Patients with Gastric Cancer.
 
Overall design Gastric cancer patients peritoneal Cells were collected from either malignant astices fluid or peritoneal washing and analyzed using scRNAseq to identify the tumor microenviroment and different gene expression profile.
