Summary We profiled EZH2-RNA interactions using formaldehyde/UV assisted cross-linking ligation and sequencing of hybrids (FLASH-seq) in primary human ECs. Transcriptome-wide EZH2-associated ncRNAs and RNA–RNA interactome were obtained.
 
Overall design Nine different FLASH experiments were carried out on human HUVEC cells, with EZH2 or an IgG control used as bait proteins.
