Summary This RNA-sequencing was performed to determine the differentially expressed mRNA after inhibition of Hmbox1 in cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury
Overall design To investigate the function of Hmbox1 in cardiac ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury, we established cardiac I/R injury mouse model in which Hmbox1 was knocked down via adeno-associated virus 9 (AAV9). Total RNAs were extracted from heart tissues from mice at 3 weeks post I/R injury. Four groups were set in this animal experiment (n=3 per group): (1) control AAV9+Sham (Con_Sham); (2) sh-Hmbox1 AAV9+Sham (shHmbox1_Sham); (3) control AAV9+IRI (Con_IRI); (4) sh-Hmbox1 AAV9+IRI (shHmbox1_IRI). The mRNA expression profiling analyses were performed using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different groups.
