Title Gene expression profile at single cell level of lung resident fibroblasts

Summary Lung fibroblasts include several subpopulations. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) to analyze the heterogeneity of lung fibroblasts.
Overall design Lung fibroblasts of three wild-type mice (12wks, male) were isolated by FACS using negative selection of lineage markers (CD45, CD31, E-cadherin, CD146, LYVE-1, TER119).
