Title TET-mediated DNA demethylation influences histone enhancers H3K4me1 and H3K27ac in breast cancer

Summary The study is designed to understand the role of TET mediated demethylation and its intricate interplay with histone enhancers and loci-specific 5-hmC levels of candidate genes in breast cancer.
 
Overall design TET1 and TET2 depletion have been performed using siRNA-mediated gene silencing in MCF-7 breast cancer cell lines. TET-deficient and the control cells were pulled with H3k27ac and H3K4me1 antibodies followed by ChIP bead purification, library preparation, and sequencing.
