Title Analysis of gene expression signatures for Litchi knockout during motor neuron differentiation

Summary We identified Litchi (Gm2990) as a novel regulator for orchestrating motor neuron (MN) maturation. To study the function of Lithci during MN differentiation, we knocked out Litchi in mouse ESCs and differentiated into MN.
 
Overall design Total RNA were extracted from both WT and Litchi knockout ES derived motor neurons on Day7 and Day9. Subsequently, ES~MNs transcriptome was analyzed by Agilent SurePrint G3 Mouse GE 8x60K Microarray (Agilent-G4858A-028005).
