Summary |
We identified Litchi (Gm2990) as a novel regulator for orchestrating motor neuron (MN) maturation. To study the function of Lithci during MN differentiation, we knocked out Litchi in mouse ESCs and differentiated into MN.

Overall design |
Total RNA were extracted from both WT and Litchi knockout ES derived motor neurons on Day7 and Day9. Subsequently, ES~MNs transcriptome was analyzed by Agilent SurePrint G3 Mouse GE 8x60K Microarray (Agilent-G4858A-028005).
