Summary |
To access different gene expression between hepatic diseases patients and healthy adults, we collected peripheral blood samples to abstract PBMC. A total of 15 patients and 5 healthy adults were recruited.

Overall design |
patients with HBV related liver cirrhosis (LC), patients with HBV induced liver failure (LF), patients with liver failer combined with fungal infection (LFF) and healthy controls (HC)were enrolled in this study, 5 blood samples collected form each type of diseases patients or healthy adults.a total of 20 samples were enclosed in this research.
