Overall design |
Transcriptomics were measured in gastrocnemius, tibialis anterior, and heat muscle from P28 mice of the following genotypes: group 1 (Chchd10+/+; Dele1+), group 2 (Chchd10+/+; Dele1-/-), group 3 (Chchd10 G58R/+; Dele1+), and group 4 (Chchd10 G58R/+; Dele1-/-) by RNA-Seq. Dele1+ indicates either Dele1+/- or Dele1+/+. Chchd10 G58R/+ mouse model has the pathogenic mutation for Autosomal Dominant Inherited Mitochondrial Myopathy (p.G58R) knocked into the equivalent position of the mouse Chchd10 gene.
