Title Genomic profiling of spermatogonial stem cells differentiation into putative female stem cells
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary In this study, we showed that the SSCs isolated and cultured can transdifferentiate into putative female germ cells (PFGCs) in vitro. To demonstrate difference of SSCs and PFGCs, microarray analysis was carried out.

Overall design Total RNA was isolated from cells, including spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs), putative female germ cells (PFGCs), and oocytes, and gene expression profile was detected by microarray.
