Series GSE80792 Query DataSets for GSE80792
Status Public on Feb 15, 2018
Title CpG island mediated linear and spatial gene partitioning (MOE430V2)
Sample organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Third-party reanalysis
Summary In order to study the gene expression change upon transcription factor (MYOD1, SPI1) induction, we reanalyzed published gene expression microarray data. Raw data were preprocessed and normalized with the Robust Multi-array Average (RMA)(Irizarry et al., 2003) method.

Overall design Microarray gene expression profile upon MYOD1 induction in mouse embryonic fibroblast cells and SPI1 recovery in myeloid progenitors.
