Overall design The 35S::SUP-GR seeds in Ler WT were grown at 22°C under continuous light conditions. The inflorescences with flower buds earlier than stage 10 were collected 4 hours after the Mock and DEX treatment .Three independent sets of Mock and DEX-treated inflorescence mRNA samples were used for this array.
