Briefly, the arrays were scanned at 2μm resolution using Agilent microarray scanner (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA).

Data processing |
Data were analyzed using Feature Extraction v10.7 and Agilent Genomic Workbench v5.0 softwares. The Aberration Detection Method 2 (ADM2) algorithm was used to compute and assist the identification of aberrations for each sample.
