Status Public on Mar 18, 2013
Title HIF2α #17-56 kidney 2
Sample type SRA

Source name kidney cortex
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
gender: male
genotype: gamma-HIF2alphaM3 TG+
tissue: kidney cortex

Data processing Reads were aligned to the genome using the Burrows-Wheeler Aligner in Goby web software (goby_1.9.8.3 (20120216154520)), using default parameters.
Differential Expression Analysis were done with Differential Expression Analysis with Goby in Goby web software (goby_1.9.8.3 (20120216154520)), using default parameters.
Reads Per Kilobase of exon per Megabase of library size (RPKM) were calculated using Goby Web software.
Genome_build: NCBI37.55/MM9
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include RPKM values for each Sample
