Sample GSM1115070 Query DataSets for GSM1115070
Status Public on Apr 30, 2013
Title Day E9.5 TGCs-RNAseq
Sample type SRA

Source name mouse day E9.5 implantation sites
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6J
developmental stage: E9.5
cell type: polyploid trophoblast giant cells
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Tissues were lysed by homogenization in TRIzol reagent and RNA was prepared as indicated in the manufacture's protocol. Ten micro grams of RNA were processed with an Illumina mRNA kit to generate cDNA libraries for mRNA-sequencing according to manufacture's instructions.Thirty-six base sequencing was performed on an Illumina Genome Analyzer II (GAII) sequencer, according to Illumina’s standard protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina Genome Analyzer II

Data processing RNA-seq images acquired were processed by the bundled Illumina image extraction pipeline v1.6 and aligned to Mus musculus NCBI build mm9 using tophat.
Gene-level quantification was performed by cufflinks using Ensembl gene models.
Genome_build: mm9
