Growth protocol MEFs, MNFs, MAFs and ADSCs were cultured in DMEM/High Glucose (Hyclone) containing 10% fetal bovine serum (Invitrogen). Mouse ESCs (R1 and TT2), iPSCs and CiPSCs were maintained on feeder layers of mitomycin C-treated MEFs in ESC culture medium.

Extraction protocol Total RNA extracted using Trizol and purified by QIAGEN Rneasy Kit following manufacturer's instructions.
Label Cy5
Label protocol Total mRNAs of all samples were labeled with Cy5 following the Mouse Onearray User Manual V2 (Phalanx Biotech Group).
 
Hybridization protocol Hybridized to a mouse Oligo Microarray following the Mouse Onearray User Manual V2 (Phalanx Biotech Group).
Scan protocol Data extracton used GenePix 4100B (Molecular Devices) scanner from molecular Devices, and measured using GenePixPro Software (Molecular Devices) .
Description Mouse Whole Genome OneArray® v2 (Phalanx Biotech Group, Taiwan)
Data processing Primary data selected by Flags and SNRs. After selection, average or median value of each sample were normalized using matlab.
