Description Full Experiment Name: Exp. #13, Intergenic enrichment. Fixed Whole Extract (1% 30 min) REVERSED AFTER P/C prep vs Whole Extract, Nagy 02-05-02 Crosslinks in the sample DNA were NOT REVERSED prior to Phenol Chloroform prep The reference DNA was never crosslinked. After P/C prep, samples were treated with 100 ng/uL RNAse A for 1 hour at 37 degrees.
