Description Full Name: Exp. #22, Intergenic enrichment. Fixed Nuclear Extract (1% 30 min, samples from jdl_g_50J and 52J) vs S288C Genomic DNA This array is the same as jdl_g_061k, except the crosslinks were not reversed. The same as jdl_g_050J and jdl_g_052J, but an independent amplification and hyb for both sample and reference. The S288C reference DNA (Green Channel)was sonicated, but was never subjected to crosslinking or reversal conditions. S288C reference DNA was derived from the large Derisi Prep. Input was DNA from nuclei that had been salt extracted. Crosslinks in the INPUT DNA were NOT REVERSED prior to Phenol Chloroform prep
