Description Full Name: Exp. #29, ORF enr. Fixed Nuclear Extract (1% 30 min) *IP #2* REVERSED BEFORE P/C vs S288C Genomic DNA The crosslinks in the IP-DNA were reversed prior to Phenol Chloroform prep. The S288C reference DNA (Green Channel)was sonicated, but was never subjected to crosslinking or reversal conditions. DNA was derived from the large Derisi Prep. *THESE RESULTS DO NOT REFLECT THE SPECIFICITY OF THE ANTI-H3 ANTIBODY.*.
