Description |
The input and ChIP DNA were hybridized to the same microarray. Microarrays were scanned with a Genepix 4000B scanner (Axon Instruments).

Data processing |
The unnormalized values represent the log2 transformed 'Ratio of Medians' of each ID on the platform. To display the data, the average 'Ratio of Medians' was calculated for each PCR_FRAG_ID on the platform, then this single value was log2 transformed and plotted.
