Data processing |
Raw CEL files were processed using Partek Genomic Suite (i.e., RMA background correction followed by quantile normalization) using recommended settings. In brief, raw fluorescence values were log2 transformed and subsequently analyzed to detect differentially expressed genes between each line utilizing a 1-way ANOVA based on the Method of Moments (Eisenhart, 1947) and Fisher's Least Significance Difference Contrast methods for differential regulation in all pairwise comparisons using the work-flow of Partej Genomic Suite (http://www.partek.com/pgs)
