Data processing |
Affymetrix raw data was normalized using the PLIER algorithms (Affymetrix Technical Note. Guide to Probe Logarithmic Intensity Error Estimation. http://affymetrix.com/support/technical/technotesmain.affx). The data from the three comparison groups were from three batches of Affymetrix experiments, and were normalized separately.
