Description

RNA was extracted from pooled leaves of multiple T2 progenies using TRI Reagent according to the manufacturer’s protocol (Molecular Research Center). Preparation of fragmented biotin-labeled cRNA, hybridizations of Arabidopsis Genome Arrays (Affymetrix 510429), washes and scanning of the slides were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
