Description

RNA was extracted from pooled leaves of multiple control plants transformed with an empty binary vector using TRI Reagent according to the manufacturer’s protocol (Molecular Research Center). Preparation of fragmented biotin-labeled cRNA, hybridizations of Arabidopsis Genome Arrays (Affymetrix 510429), washes and scanning of the slides were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
