Treatment protocol hGECs,hDECs,DEs,and GSEMFs were collected after trypsinized with TrypLE. hiMESCs were collected by manual picking.
Growth protocol hGECs and hDECs were cultured in Kubota's medium. hiMESCs which were converted from hGECs/hDECs by small molecules were cultured in advanced DMEM/F12 with 2μM Bay K 8644, 0.5μM Bix01294 , 0.04μM RG108, 2μM SB431542. DEs were induced from hESCs in high Activin media. GSEMFs were cultured in Kubota's medium with 10% FBS.

Extraction protocol Total RNAs were prepared from hGECs,hDECs,hiMESCs, DEs,and GSEMFs using an RNeasy MiniKit (Qiagen) following the manufacturer's recommendations
Label biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA was generated from total RNA by using the Illumina TotalPrep kit (Ambion) according to the manufacturer’s instruction.
 
Hybridization protocol Standard Illumina hybridization protocol.
Scan protocol Standard Illumina scanning protocol.

Data processing Array data were processed and analyzed by using Illumina BeadStudio software.
