hGECs,hDECs,DEs,and GSEMFs were collected after trypsinized with TrypLE. hiMESCs were collected by manual picking.

Growth protocol |
hGECs and hDECs were cultured in Kubota's medium. hiMESCs which were converted from hGECs/hDECs by small molecules were cultured in advanced DMEM/F12 with 2μM Bay K 8644, 0.5μM Bix01294 , 0.04μM RG108, 2μM SB431542. DEs were induced from hESCs in high Activin media. GSEMFs were cultured in Kubota's medium with 10% FBS.
