Description Genomic DNA extracted from primary glioblastoma cells GNV019 was genotyped using Infinium HumanHap610-Quadv1_B Genotyping BeadChips (Illumina).
Data processing Genomic DNA extracted from glioblastoma primary cells were genotyped using Infinium HumanHap550-2v3 and Human610-Quadv1_B Genotyping BeadChips (Illumina). Datasets from both arrays were merged according to Illuminas report Combining and Analyzing Data from Different BeadChips for integrated processing and analysis using GenomeStudio
