Genomic DNA extracted from glioblastoma primary cells were genotyped using Infinium HumanHap550-2v3 and Human610-Quadv1_B Genotyping BeadChips (Illumina). Datasets from both arrays were merged according to Illuminas report Combining and Analyzing Data from Different BeadChips for integrated processing and analysis using GenomeStudio Sample data table contains Genotype call, GC_SCORE, Theta, R, B_Allele_Freq, Log_R_Ratio exported from GenomeStudio
