Data processing |
Data processed with FeatureExtraction v9.5. Normalization procedures were performed using R statistical software. Microarray data were cyclic lowess (CL) normalized across all arrays and CL-normalized data were further adjusted for the known between-experiments batch effects by implementing parametric Combat correction in R. Data are expressed in Log2.
