Sample GSM2461465 Query DataSets for GSM2461465
Status Public on Apr 19, 2017
Title Testis_4W-T-rep1
Sample type SRA

Source name 4-week-old Mouse testis
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BJ/6
gender: male
age: 4 week
tissue: testis
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was isolated from siCTRL, siNSUN2 and ALYREF-RIP HeLa cells, and mutiple mouse tissues using the TRIzol (Invitrogen) reagent by following the company manual. For all samples the RNA integrity was checked using an Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100
Approximately 2.5 µg of total RNA was then used for library preparation using a TruSeq™ RNA Sample Prep Kit v2 (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The libraries were sequenced using HiSeq3000 (Illumina) or HiSeq2500 in paired-read mode, creating reads with a length of 101 or 125 bp

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 3000

Description 4-week-old Mouse testis
normal tissue cells
Data processing Reads were aligned to the hg19 or mm10 genome assembly using TopHat v2.0.9
For each sample, reads counts of all genes were computed using HTSeq v0.5.3p9
Genome_build: hg19 or mm10
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: all-samples-reads-count.xls
