Description |
C. albicans SMP Treated vs. Untreated B
|
Data processing |
Image analysis was performed using QuantArray v3.0 software (Perkin Elmer). Differentially expressed genes were identified using default parameters of BRB Array Tools v3.2.3 software developed by Dr. Richard Simon and Amy Peng Lam (http://linus.nci.nih.gov/BRB-ArrayTools.html). Data normalization was done using Lowess algorithm available in BRB ArrayTools.
