Description
LV biopsies in patients (pts) with LV hypertrophy (H) due to aortic stenosis (AS, n=9) and in congestive cardiomyopathy (CCMP,n=6) pts. Pts with coronary artery disease and normal LV function served as controls (C,n=4). LV biopsies were obtained at cardiac catheterization in CCMP pts and at cardiac surgery in AS and C pts.
