Data processing |
Reads were aligned to the Arabidopsis genome (TAIR10) using TopHat. Reads per gene were counted by HTSeq. Reads per gene were normalized and compared with DESeq2. Genome_build: TAIR10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: *.txt: Tab-delimited text files include read counts.
